Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- Powdered sugar
- 40 g of flour
- Raspberry Jam Extra Organic // Raspberry Jam Extra
- 50 g of powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to th.4 (180ºC).
- Beat your egg whites
- Mix the powdered sugar and three egg yolks. Add the egg whites to it.
- Pour the dough into a baking sheet. Spread it out like a rectangle and put it in the oven
- When the cake is cooked, cover it with jam, roll it up like a pancake
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
