Recipe : Rolled Cake with Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to th.4 (180ºC).
  2. Beat your egg whites ?
  3. Mix the powdered sugar and three egg yolks. Add the egg whites to it.
  4. Pour the dough into a baking sheet. Spread it out like a rectangle and put it in the oven
  5. When the cake is cooked, cover it with jam, roll it up like a pancake
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
