Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- Icing sugar
- 40 g flour
- Organic Raspberry Extra Jam//Raspberry Extra Jam
- 50 g caster sugar
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to th.4 (180ºC).
- Beat the egg whites
- Mix the caster sugar with three egg yolks. Add the egg whites to the mix.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet. Spread it out in a rectangular shape and place it in the oven
- Allow to cool once baked. Cover with jam, roll up like a pancake
- Sprinkle with icing sugar
