Recipe: Rolled Cake with Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to th.4 (180ºC).
  2. Beat the egg whites ?
  3. Mix the caster sugar with three egg yolks. Add the egg whites to the mix.
  4. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet. Spread it out in a rectangular shape and place it in the oven
  5. Allow to cool once baked. Cover with jam, roll up like a pancake
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar
