Our team

All our recipes are concocted by Laurent, our Master Jam Maker, and are natural and authentic, with no added flavoring, preservatives or coloring. They are cooked in a cauldron in a traditional way. Every stage of the manufacturing process is rigorously controlled. Our company is ISO 22000 certified, an official guarantee of food safety.

Today, Pascal Lepoutre, the founder's son, perpetuates this incredible know-how with a team of 27 passionate employees. We're all proud to offer you our marvellous range of healthy, authentic "Concoctées en Provence" jams, in a range of brands to suit everyone's tastes and habits.
