Our C.S.R Commitments
Ecology is part of our DNA. Since 2009 we have increased our efforts towards the environment by covering the roof of our factory with photovoltaic panels. Thanks to the sun of Provence, they provide us more than 50% of our electricity needs. Our wastes are carefully sorted and recycled, as is our wastewater, which is treated in a wastewater treatment plant. Our latest eco-innovation is the installation of a boiler that recovers heat from the vapours to heat water for the sanitary facilities.
For many years now, we have been working hard to forge bonds of trust with our partner cooperatives and farmers. We systematically give preference to local or national supplies. When this is not possible, for reasons of quantity, price or quality, we look beyond our borders, with strict specifications and numerous controls.
All these steps, which enable us to move forward in the process of sustainable development, are essential to the company. Today, in addition to these actions, all our jams are certified preservative- and colorant-free. What's more, finished product packaging, such as glass and cardboard, can be recycled.
