Ingredients:
- 1 Pear
- 1 jar of Caramel Cream
- Lemon juice: 1.5 cl
- Water: 37.5 cl
- Caster sugar: 37.5 g
Preparation:
- Put the water, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Peel the pears, place them in the syrup, cover and poach for 15 min.
