Recipe: Poached Pear with Salted Butter Caramel


Delicious in winter, this recipe will take you back to childhood with the succulent taste of our Caramel Cream.



  • Put the water, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Peel the pears, place them in the syrup, cover and poach for 15 min.
  • Leave the pears to cool in the syrup
