The strawberry is the queen of jams. Ours are grown locally, in the Vaucluse. Picked at the height of the season and when ripe, they faithfully reproduce their wonderful aromas.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
