This is a beautiful, shimmering jam. Very sweet, the mirabelle is a perfect accompaniment to dairy products, cakes and of course breakfast sandwiches. Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
