Fig of Provence – Organic Jam Extra 370g

Discover our Organic Fig Jam from Provence !

This emblematic fruit of Provence is the star of cheese platters, but also of pastries. The figs we use for our jam come from small producers of Solliès Pont, in the Var. With its preserved terroir and sunny climate, this small territory is renowned for the unequalled quality of its figs. For some years now, they have been distinguished by the mention “Protected Geographical Indication”.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
