A fine recipe, with a softer and less sweet texture than the real “crème de marron”. Our chestnuts come from a small cooperative of Ardéchois producers who are passionate about their work.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is prepared with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar.

We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
