The flavour of black cherry jam goes particularly well with sheep’s cheese, but its mellow and very sweet flavour will also suit all traditional sweet uses.
We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
