This beautiful jam, rich in small acidulous berries, is ideal as an accompaniment to dairy products, in pastries or even on a simple toast. Our blackcurrant berries are grown by French producers in the Rhone Valley, a region renowned for its rich fruit production.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
