This beautiful jam, rich in small acidulous berries is ideal as an accompaniment to dairy products, in pastries or simply on toast.
Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is prepared with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar from organic farming.
We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
