Discover our Jam with the taste of the inimitable Melon from Cavaillon!

Melon jam is a must in Provence. Made with locally grown fruit, our recipe will allow you to prolong the flavours of summer.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is produced with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar.

We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
