The taste of black cherry jam goes particularly well with sheep’s cheese, and its mellow and very sweet flavour will also be perfect for all traditional sweet uses.
Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is prepared with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar.
We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit
