A preparation that mixes two varieties of cherries, one sour: the Morello cherry, the other sweeter but very fragrant: the black. This preparation goes well with both sweet and savoury dishes!

We do not use any preservatives or colorants in the manufacture of our products. This low-sugar preparation is made with carefully selected fruits and organically grown cane sugar according to traditional recipes, preserving the aromas, flavours and texture of this mixture.
