A preparation that combines two varieties of cherries, one sour: the Morello cherry, the other sweeter yet very fragrant: the black. This preparation goes well with both sweet and savoury dishes!
We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. This reduced sugar preparation is made with carefully selected fruits and organically grown cane sugar following traditional recipes, preserving the aromas, flavours and texture of the mixture.
