Our team
All our recipes are concocted by Laurent, our Master Jam Maker, and are natural and authentic, with no added artificial flavours, preservatives or colouring. They are cooked in a cauldron using a traditional method. Each step of the manufacturing process is rigorously controlled. Our company is ISO 22000 certified, an official guarantee of food safety.
Today, Pascal Lepoutre, the founder’s son, perpetuates this incredible expertise alongside a team of 27 passionate employees. We’re all proud to offer you our delicious range of healthy, authentic jams concocted in Provence, in a range of brands to suit everyone’s tastes and habits.
