Our team

All our recipes are concocted by Laurent, our Master Jam Maker, and are natural and authentic, with no added artificial flavours, preservatives or colouring. They are cooked in a cauldron using a traditional method. Each step of the manufacturing process is rigorously controlled. Our company is ISO 22000 certified, an official guarantee of food safety.
