The strawberry is the jams Queen. Ours are grown locally, in the Vaucluse. Harvested in full season and when ripe, they faithfully reproduce their wonderful aromas.

This jam is made with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar.
We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
