Our chestnuts come from a cooperative of small producers in the Ardèche. The quality of their fruit, certified by a PDO, is renowned beyond our borders!

This jam is prepared with carefully selected fruits and French sugar.

We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to any of our jams or specialities. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
