Ingredients:
- 400 g of Chestnut from Ardèche Spread
- 50 g of deodorised coconut oil or butter
- 80 g of chestnut flour
- 3 eggs
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven
- Combine all ingredients except egg whites
- Beat egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt
- Gently fold them into the dough
- Place the mix in a cake tin and bake for 30 min at 180°
