Easy, quick and gluten-free recipe!
Ingredients:
- 400g of “Délices de Marrons”
- 50g of deodorized coconut oil or butter
- 80g of chestnut flour
- 3 eggs
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven
- Combine all ingredients except egg whites
- Beat egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt
- Gently fold them into the dough
- Put in a cake tin and bake for 30min at 180°.
