The Greengage is a thin-skinned plum with a green-yellow colour. Its name “Reine Claude” in France, is a tribute to Claude de France, wife of François I.
Considered one of the most delicate dessert plums, its flesh is juicy, sweet and fragrant with a flavour reminiscent of honey.
With its deliciously sweet flavour it will satisfy all your breakfasts and/or snacks.
Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is prepared with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar.
We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
