Melon jam is a must in Provence. Made with locally produced fruit, our recipe will allow you to prolong the flavours of summer.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
