This emblematic fruit of Provence is the star of cheese trays, but also in pastry. The AOP figs used for our jam come from small producers in Solliès-Pont, (Var). With its preserved terroir and sunny climate, this small territory is famous for the unrivalled quality of its figs.

We do not add any preservatives or food colouring to our products. This light jam is elaborated with carefully selected fruits and grape juice concentrate from organic farming following traditional recipes that preserve the aromas, the flavours and the texture of the fruit.
