Discover our Red Fig Jam!

This emblematic fruit of Provence is the star of cheese platters, but also of baking. Our fruit comes from a cooperative of small producers located in the commune of Solliès-Pont in the Var. They are picked and sorted by hand with great care.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is prepared with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar.

We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
