Discover our Red Fig Jam!
This emblematic fruit of Provence is the star of cheese platters, but also of pastries. Our fruit comes from a cooperative of small producers located in the commune of Solliès-Pont in the Var. They are picked and sorted by hand with great care.
Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.
For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
