A fine recipe, with a softer and less sweet texture than the real “chestnut cream”. Our chestnuts come from a small cooperative of Ardéchois producers who are passionate about their work.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
