This jam goes particularly well with sheep’s cheese, but its mellow and very gentle flavour will also be perfect for all traditional sweet uses.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is prepared with carefully selected fruits and cane sugar.

We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
