Discover our Apricot Jam from Provence!
A great classic with an unmistakable flavour. The apricots used for our jam are harvested locally in the Vaucluse and cooked using traditional methods.
For the hungrier, our Apricot de Provence jam is also available in 750g family size.
Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.
For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
