Discover our Apricot from Provence Jam with Vanilla!

A great classic with an unmistakable Vanilla flavour. The apricots used for our jam are harvested locally in the Vaucluse and cooked using traditional methods.

Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is made with rigorously selected fruits and cane sugar.

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any conservative, nor coloring. They are made according to traditional recipes, allowing to preserve the aromas, the perfumes and the texture of the fruit.
